Artifacts and reconstructed elements of local history are presented in the Codington County Heritage Museum, including thousands of photographs and documents. Its exhibits include areas modeling a Victorian house, school and store as well as a display on 20th century military. It is located a mile southeast of the Bramble Park Zoo in Watertown's old Carnegie Library building.
